Mandy's Tutoring Services is dedicated to providing exceptional SAT/ACT prep and tutoring in math, science, and English for middle and high school students. Our goal is to empower students with the knowledge and skills they need to excel academically and achieve their full potential.

I’m Amanda Elfar – an experienced tutor with over 11 years of success helping students crush their academic goals and boost their confidence.
I specialize in ACT, SAT, PSAT, and academic support in Math, English, and Writing. With a J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a Bachelor’s in English from UIC, I bring both structure and creativity to my sessions. I have worked with hundreds of students across the Chicagoland area, including Park Ridge, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, and Des Plaines.
My approach is personalized, results-driven, and supportive. I’ve worked with students of all levels – from those aiming for perfect scores to those just trying to get back on track – and I pride myself on making learning less overwhelming and more empowering.
